Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Jammu Arrival & Transfer to Katra (Stay at Katra Hotel)

Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station or Jammu Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to Katra, the base town for the revered Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine. After check-in at the hotel, spend the rest of the day at leisure preparing for the pilgrimage or exploring the local market.

Day 2: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan (Stay at Katra Hotel)

Early in the morning, begin your sacred journey to the holy shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. You may undertake the trek on foot or opt for ponies, palkis, or helicopter services (at your own cost and subject to availability). After seeking the divine blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi, return to Katra by evening.

Day 3: Katra to Pahalgam (Stay at Pahalgam Hotel)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to the beautiful hill town of Pahalgam, famously known as the "Valley of Shepherds." Enjoy the scenic journey through the picturesque landscapes of Jammu & Kashmir. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax amidst the tranquil surroundings.

Day 4: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing (Stay at Pahalgam Hotel)

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the scenic attractions of Pahalgam. Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari by local union taxi (at your own cost), as outside vehicles are not permitted. Enjoy the pristine beauty of the Lidder River, lush meadows, and breathtaking mountain landscapes. Optional pony rides and adventure activities are also available.

Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar & Local Sightseeing (Stay at Srinagar Hotel)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar. En route, visit the famous Saffron Fields and the historic Awantipora Ruins. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and proceed for local sightseeing, including the beautiful Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the serene Dal Lake.

Day 7: Sonamarg Day Trip (Stay at Srinagar Hotel)

Return to Srinagar by evening.

Day 8: Doodhpathri Day Trip & Houseboat Stay (Stay at Houseboat)

After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to the scenic Doodhpathri, also known as the "Valley of Milk." Surrounded by lush green meadows, dense forests, and sparkling streams, it offers a perfect escape into nature. Enjoy leisurely walks or optional pony rides (at your own cost). Later, return to Srinagar and check in to a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the evening enjoying the peaceful ambiance.
